The repeating process

Every shoot follows the same six steps so nothing slips and everyone knows what is expected.

Step 1Week 1
Script drafting
Creative / Ingrained

First drafts written based on agreed themes and prior shoot learnings.

Step 2Week 2, Tue
Scripts shared with WBAH
Creative to WBAH

First drafts of shoot scripts delivered via Google Docs for internal review.

Step 3Week 2, Fri (EOD)
WBAH feedback
WBAH / Sold team

Consolidated feedback returned in a single doc. Comments resolved in one pass.

Step 4Week 3, Tue
Final script run-through
Creative + WBAH

Sign-off call. Any last amends locked. Scripts frozen for production.

Step 5Week 4
Video shoot
Production

Location, talent, crew confirmed. Call sheet distributed 48h prior. Shoot day.

Step 6Following weeks
Edit, post, review
Ingrained

Edits delivered, content scheduled across platforms, performance reviewed before the next cycle starts.
